Great service, polite staff and would help me on choosing the right part instead of telling me what I needed.

This is an excellent shop. The young owner is a first-rate guy who gives a personal service to all customers. The quality and prices of his inks etc. -and especially refills- are very competitive -and you will never get ripped-off by this man. There is an Internet cafe in the shop -and an bunch of guys operate an independent computer repairs service on the same premises.
Could not do more to help would definatley go back again not only do they do ink they have computers for the public as well

Friendly staff even after I knocked off a box full of balls. I'm really really sorry for that!

'Very good for children's books and adults reading
Not as good as it use to be. There was a time when they always seemed to have new books coming in but now it's the same old thing on the shelf week after week. Still worth dropping in as you never know what you might find.

Just your average Wilko really, it is tidy enough and easy to navigate through. Queues are usually fine. The sales are usually pretty disappointing though, but you can find high quality products there. Good overall.
Good prices for kitchenware. DIY is a little bit expensive, but I like the favt the you can buy different screws in the same bag (mix them together and pay the bag). Good store overall!
